Today is that holiday that comes around once a year. Yes folks it's Thanksgiving. This tradition started when Pilgrims and Indians exchanging and sharing things they have grown, and the tradition has been carried on ever since. There is so much to be thankful for. Every year my family and I go around the table and say what we are thankful for. I am thankful for God giving me a chance to live life, for blessing me with a child that adores me and a man who loves me, for my older sister Daija who always has my back, for my STL family who has accepted me for me, for God leading me to bigger and better opportunities, and to my friends and teachers who are placing me on the road of success. Psalm 100 says "Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come into his presence with singing. Know
that the Lord is God. It is he that made us, and we are his;
we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter
his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, bless his name. For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations."
