I have been observing lately that people desire miracles and help from Our Lord. I believe that reverent prayer, fasting, and patience is the key. Many people I know only use God when situations get bad. They take Him off the shelf, dust Him off, and use Him until; they are done, and afterwards stick Him back on the shelf until they need Him again. How would we feel if God put us upon a shelf until He felt it was felt necessary to take us down? Our love is like the structure make up of our hearts. Our left ventricle is connected to the right atrium and right ventricle and the left atrium. They need each other to function properly and work together. They need each other to survive just like we need God to help us to survive our everyday trials and tribulations. Maybe and just maybe He will pay us back in what we deserve.
