No one knows your shoes better than yours. You know the struggles you faced everyday. Everyday was a blessing a gift from above as another chance to redeem yourself for Christ. You keep trying to stay on the right path, but often become misguided by sin. You held out on going to confess because you were embarrassed and ashamed of the entire situation. Every time we don't cleanse ourselves God becomes more and more opaque. It becomes harder to feel His presence among us even though we know He is here by our side. You are ashamed of telling anything that has happened. Life becomes a huge blur, and you become lost in the fade of society. The past eats at you everyday of your life. You've been that one person that has been abused, molested, emotionally and verbally abused, bullied, exploited, and used. The scars remain and keep it bottled inside thinking that drinking, smoking, harming yourself, and giving up yourself in a risqué way will rectify the wrong that had developed. The Lord looks down and has pity on you, and tries to raise you up, but you can not be raised if you do not wish to be raised up by Him. He knows us better than anyone in this planet. Better than our parents, friends, siblings, anyone. He knows our pain, and goes through it with us. He shares our emotions. When we are joyous He is. When we are sorrowful He is as well. He wants the best for us. Other people can claim that they understand everything that had occurred, but no one really does but you. At the end of time you do not want any problems to be the reason you did NOT enjoy life to the FULLEST! When you reflect back on life you can say I was here. I lived. I loved. I was here. I did. I've done. Its hard to let go and forgive, but who ever said it was easy. Its going to hurt when it heals to but IT WILL get BETTER IN TIME.
