The world we thrive in is based on the social classes of our society and harsh judgement. We associate ourselves with the people of our "social status" because everyone tries to intimidate others, and make people feel inferior. We make judgements from the clothes you wear to the food you consume. The saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" is not implemented in our everyday concept if life. We insult those who do not have, and insult those who "flaunt" their "wealth." If you carry a Louis Vuiton "your a spoiled brat." If you have had the same phone for 3 years "your poor." Think about this for a moment. What would you be without your status? Would be the same? Different? At the end of the day, rich or poor God will judge us all the same because when you pass on you can not take your earthly possessions. We will stand at our Judgement Day, but for now we need to show others compassion. If you see someone in need of a pencil lend them yours. If you spot someone who has nothing and is freezing, give them your coat. Be someone's light of God no matter how large or small the task is. They WILL know we are CHRISTIANS by OUR LOVE. We have a test each day of our daily lives, and we need to strive to be like Christ because He is the example. He did NOT judge and He Loved equally and gave respect when others did not. If Jesus can endure judgement, then so can we.
This is the Holy month of the Blessed Rosary! We pay tribute and devotion to Mary by these prayers. We celebrate the Joyful, Glorious, Luminous, and Sorrowful mysteries. This follows His birth, passion, death, and Ressurection. Joyful Mysteries: The Annunciation, The Visitation, The Nativity, The Presentation, and Jesus Finding in The Temple Glorious Mysteries: The Resurrection, The Ascention, Desent Of The Holy Spirit, The Assumption, And The Corination Luminous Mysteries: Baptism Of Our Lord, Wedding Of Cana, Proclamation Of The Kingdom, The Transfiguration, and the Institution of The Eucharist Sorrowful Mysteries: Agony In The Garden, Scourging at The Pillar, Crowning With Thorns, Carrying The Cross, and The Crucifixation. We pray for Mary to intercede, give almsgivings, and receive our praises. She is Our Mother in Heaven and deserves respect in some way due to the fact she bore Our Savior, Jesus Christ and raised him, supported Him durning His ministry, and walked the Via Dolorosa with Him. With every step we take she is by us. |
